One recent customer hired Kevin Brewer for early spring cleaning and to spruce up their gardens before putting the house on the market. That customer said Kevin and his team worked the lawns, garden walkways, driveway and parking into shape for showing off the house, and kept the entire property in shape throughout the spring for their brokers to show it. A 2025 customer said that during a snow storm and power outage on Christmas Eve, one of the gentlemen, coming from a neighbor's property, offered to clear the front of their driveway with his plow truck and made two passes to clear its length. One recent customer called Brewer's Property Service very reliable and professional. On the Better Business Bureau, the company carries an A+ grade.
