Just watched a technician (turned out to be the owner) smash my son’s basketball hoop stopped…. You think he came over to report it ? Nope kept going to his job (next door) just saw him pulling away on his phone texting!!! Happy Holidays I guess !👍🏽 Edit: After calling the office to address the issue the owner didn’t return my call instead drove over to my house and start arguing with my girlfriend saying he never hit it. She informed him that he was on video and he then said he would have his guys take it to the shop and fix it or replace it! Second update the damaged hoop is still sitting in my yard for over a year and Brian never made a single attempt to make it right to my 11 year old son. The guy is a chump and he may end up getting the hoop in his parking lot! Wouldn’t recommend letting people like this into your home.
