Bright Exteriors

Bright Exteriors, based in Bellingham, MA, says it has been in business for 10 years. Its website says it specializes in helping homeowners with storm, hail or wind damage navigate the insurance process, from the initial inspection to working directly with the adjuster. Its MA HIC licence 214098 is active on the state registry. A recent customer wrote that Jose and his crew replaced the roof, removed and reinstalled the solar panels and installed new skylights, with the job done on time and reasonably priced. Another called in for a leak; Jose came promptly and did a roof inspection and a detailed attic inspection that showed some plywood needed replacing and a problem with the intake ventilation. A Bellingham customer wrote that Jose replaced a fairly large roof in one day. One customer preparing for a rooftop solar system wrote that Mr Nugra showed photos he took of the old roof, arrived early with a crew of nine, replaced rotted 37-year-old plywood sheathing, added SmartVent intake vents and repaired the stucco on the central chimney, with the whole project completed in one day. After inspecting the new roof, that customer's solar installer confirmed the job was well done. Another customer wrote that Diego and his crew stripped the roof, removed the plywood decking, repaired two damaged rafters, replaced the decking and installed the entire roof in one day, and also replaced the roof of a basement access shed that wasn't part of the quote. Siding work comes from the same shop: one customer had Bright Exteriors replace the siding, trim, gutters and doors, and wrote that Jose and his crew were top notch from the initial meeting through completion. Another customer's roof and gutters went on in two days, and they wrote that the workers cleaned every single piece of debris off the property. In a 2025 review, a retired former general contractor wrote that they were extremely knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance company. A 2025 Thumbtack review said Jose gave a quote and that is what the customer paid. In another 2025 review, a customer called for an estimate to have roofs, gutters and a skylight replaced on three buildings, and wrote that the crew worked from the morning until dark on the coldest day of the year to date.
