Side the house first, then call them back for the roof. That is what a June 2025 customer did — New England Exteriors put siding on the house, and the same homeowner had them return for a new roof, done in a day. The Bellingham company works on the outside of a house: roofing, vinyl siding, windows and doors. Its own site says it has been doing that since 1998, owner-operated by Wayne Flanagan, who it says handles every project from the first estimate through the final walkthrough. Wayne is named in most of the reviews, and the schedule is what customers keep noting. Six of the nineteen written accounts mention the timing holding. A March 2026 reviewer whose vinyl siding went on that January said the crew showed up on time, cleaned up each day, had no surprises and finished when they said they would, and that the price was the best they received. An April 2025 customer had 14 windows replaced inside the estimated time. The jobs run large. One June 2025 customer replaced roof, vinyl siding, and all the windows and doors, and said Wayne was there to make sure everything was done right; another that month had the house and garage sided before bringing the crew back for the roof. In a March 2026 review a homeowner had the whole house vinyl sided and the front entry door replaced. Smaller work gets described the same way. A May 2025 customer siding a 1963 house said the crew fixed problems around a couple of windows and some fascia before the siding went on. In a 2016 Houzz review, a homeowner whose siding was damaged by a fallen tree said Wayne came out promptly with a reasonable estimate, matched the existing color to 99.9% and finished in a day. Its BBB page is an A+ and accredited, and the company's site states CertainTeed ShingleMaster certification. Check the geography before you call: the site names Bellingham, Milford, Medway, Franklin, Hopedale, Wrentham, Millis, Upton and Holliston, while the Thumbtack profile reaches into North Providence, Rhode Island. For a whole exterior — roof, siding, windows and doors on one job — this is the outfit people describe hiring twice. Ask which siding lines and price ranges are on the table before signing; in a 2025 review about a 2019 job, a homeowner said Wayne sat down and laid out options across several price ranges.
Wayne and his team team did a great job replacing siding on half my house. We had a short deadline and Wayne was able to get in quickly and complete the work for us. New siding looks great!
I had the pleasure of hiring New England Exteriors for vinyl siding install in January 2026, the crew showed up on time, they were courteous, cleaned up each day, no surprises and finished the job when they said they would, also the price was the best I received, I would not hesitate to use them again.
New England Exteriors were great to work with. The team was incredible, very impressed with how fast they completed the work.
I had a great experience working with Wayne Flanagan at New England Exteriors. I had my entire house vinyl sided and my front entry door replaced, and the results completely transformed the look of my home. The new front door is amazing. My old door had no glass, and the new one has glass at the top that lets in so much natural light. It’s also very energy efficient and does a great job keeping the cold out during the winter. The siding made a huge difference as well. My house had old, clapboard before, and the new vinyl siding gives it a much cleaner, brighter look. It honestly makes the house feel brand new. The installation crew was professional, on time, respectful, and very hardworking. They cleaned up the job site as much as possible, as it had snowed when they first started the project. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Wayne always communicated with me on the process along the way. If you’re looking for a company for vinyl siding or front door replacement, or even roofing and windows, I would absolutely recommend New England Exteriors.
Wonderful professional work. Had great experience with Wayne. Had our roof, siding and doors done.
