I asked for HVAC help with ny AC unit. The person who came had no idea what that unit is and left. Then he called me next day by mistake, I told him that I would like to have a refund for his 1 minute visit and the fact thay he had no knowledge on a pretty standard split AC unit. Then guy poured a barrage of insults, slurs and swears on me. For 3 days I tried to contact the company who sent this individual to me and the person I spoke when I booked the appointment by the name of David hasn't returned my miltiple calls.
