Called Brooks for repair of my refrigerator. They returned call next day and were very responsive once they knew the problem. Came within an hour. Explained what they were doing along with the workings of my fridge thoroughly. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional. I was highly satisfied with their service and would call them again. They gave me a reduction on their rate because the refrigerator was unfixable.
