I am very unhappy currently our freezer repair through frigidaire was contracted to the appliance guys several weeks ago and the freezer still isnt fixed and is unusable. We had an appointment for this afternoon to fix it and I rescheduled my workday and sleep around it then they texted 90 minutes before the time window to tell em its been moved a week to next Thursday. They also are difficult to contact and calls go to their after hours mailbox even during the business days.
Joe was the technician who fixed our GE refrigerator which quit after less than three years. Maine requires it last at least 4 so without charge they sent Joe over who diagnosed, ordered the parts and a week later fixed it. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and while here he offered to tune up our dryer, which we had him do. Would definitely have him back if we have a future problem with an appliance.
Joe did great, thorough job which i am very happy with plus accommodating my schedule. Yes, I would call him again.
