No call no show. I do not recommend any service from Brookside. I called on a Friday and made an appointment. The person who took my appointment said they would be out sometime on Wednesday, no time frame just sometime that day. I took the day off from work and waited all day on Wednesday, no one showed up. No one called.
I have used Brookside Plumbing for many years. They are the absolute best. Always professional and their work is unmatched. Always neat and courteous and very quick service when I call. Very pleased.
I’ve had Brookside Plumbing for several years. I’ve always found them to be reliable, reasonable, efficient and respectful. I highly recommend them.
The toilet stopped working. Thank you so much to Mike and Wendy for coming to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon (in the snow, no less!).
The entire team at Brookside are incredible. They show up always in an emergency, they are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend. Thank you Mike and Brookside team for always being there for me!
