A recent Google reviewer whose septic pump failed said the crew from Robbins answered the phone, was on site quickly, diagnosed what was needed and had it fixed the same day. A 2026 reviewer wrote that they showed up when the family was having an emergency and did not charge them. In a 2024 review, a customer said they called at 7:45am about a dead, leaking water heater, and a new water heater was installed and running by 9:30am. A 2022 reviewer said Darren promised to come fix a leak and do an install on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, and no one showed up. That 2022 reviewer said she got an emergency plumber on Sunday, and that Darren then called and insulted her.
Our septic pump went today and the crew from Robbins answered the phone, was on site quickly, and then diagnosed what we needed and had it fixed the same day. Amazing service and great people. Thanks so much for taking care of us quickly!
Showed up when my family was having an emergency. Didn’t even charge us. Great guy
Woke up this morning to discover my water heater leaking all over the floor and dead. Robbin's Plumbing and Heating were recommended to me by several friends. I called at 7:45am and by 9:30am, a new water heater was installed, up and running. Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them!
Absolutely worthless service, Darran the supposed owner makes unfulfilled promises. Is a supposed volunteer firefighter who’s grandpa gave him the business! Self entitled? Oh yes! Darren says he’s going to be out to fix a leak and do an install Thursday, then Friday and then Saturday. No one ever shows up. So I text him again and he says Monday. Monday morning his guy calls and I tell him I had to get an emergency plumber on Sunday. Then Darren calls to rudely attack me and insult me as a woman and tell me that this “isn’t how things are in Maine.” He also gloats “I don’t need the money.” Really? Lol. I had water under my sink that Darran felt was worthy of waiting to be fixed. Don’t call this company at all.
