We are extremely happy with Tim and his ability to quickly evaluate our issue and repair it. Our new Samsung washing machine suddenly stopped working and would not turn on. As a family of 5, that was the most inconvenient problem to have. Tim was very generous to squeeze us into his schedule and came prepared to repair the issue quickly, something my husband nor I would’ve been able to figure out (we tried everything we could). I highly recommend for anyone looking for someone reliable, great expertise, and fair with pricing!
