A bathroom that stayed usable while its layout and fixtures changed: in an April 2022 Google review, a homeowner described BSR Services doing that work in a house built in 1779. The customer said BSR coordinated with plumbers and electricians, rebuilt from bare walls, and delivered a bathroom that functioned as needed. The same account credited BSR with replacing the front porch and steps and improving the porch's basement-access door. BSR is based in Weare, New Hampshire. Its website describes handyman work, home repairs, renovations and construction for residential and commercial customers, and says Bob Boucher runs the business as a master carpenter and handyman. The company says he has helped homeowners with repairs and construction since 1974. Its stated service area includes Concord, Bow, Manchester, Nashua, Bedford and other New Hampshire towns. Bathroom projects also feature in later customer accounts. A family writing in June 2025 said Bob and his team designed and built a custom bathroom for their mother, who had mobility issues. They praised being involved in decisions and said the team kept to the timeline it had laid out. In November 2025, another customer described a tub and shower replacement, saying Bob responded to questions, explained the process and shared recommendations. A May 2022 reviewer described a full bathroom gut and remodel, help selecting materials, and custom woodwork developed with the team. For a kitchen project described in April 2024, the customer hired Bob to act as general contractor while preserving the existing KraftMaid cabinets. Bob and his crew handled organizing, demolition and finish work; the customer said the work followed the schedule with minimal disruption. Belletetes and Stone Creations handled the counters, while Paradigm Plumbing and Heating handled the electrical and plumbing work. A September 2023 customer credited owner Bob with helping design a deck and his crew, Nick and Bob, with building it. An August 2025 customer described a door replacement and said they had hired the team again for a second project. Another customer, writing in October 2025, said the work was on time and cost exactly what had been estimated. BBB gives BSR an A+ grade and lists it as not accredited.
