A June 2024 Google reviewer accused Budget Pest Solutions of leaving construction work on their home unresolved and putting another person's name and licence information on the receipt. The reviewer said they intended to file a HIC complaint and reported that John refused to continue the job or provide his licence information. Those are the customer's allegations. Earlier customers described pest problems being addressed. In a December 2018 review, Carol Robak said John came out quickly after she discovered termites, arranged extermination service, and later replaced termite-damaged wood in her basement. A January 2020 reviewer credited John with getting rid of bees entering their basement and praised his punctuality. Two other customers writing in 2020 recommended the service. An October reviewer called John helpful and informative and said he promised to return if more problems arose. In November, a customer who named John Boudreau said they had used his service for several years and found it dependable and affordable. These accounts date from 2018–2024. BBB gives Budget Pest Solutions an A+ grade.

John was not a personable or honest person to work with. He is an pest solutions specialist, but also did construction on my home left without satisfactory resolution, and when questioned for license information I was given a license for another person completely on the receipt. I'm filing a HIC complaint against John he used a different persons name and license onnthe recepit which seems fraudulent. So I had to track down his details on my own. When i asked if he would be following through with the unsatisfactory work he said " im walking away from the job, and dont need to give you my license info". AVOID WORKING WITH AT ALL COST.
Budget Pest Solutions is a very dependable and affordable service. John Boudreau was professional and knowledgable . I have used his service for several years and am completely satisfied.
John was terrific. He was very helpful and informative. John was very friendly and reassured us he would come back if we had anymore problems. I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone. He gave me my home back!
John did a fantastic job getting rid of the bees I had coming into my basement. He is very polite, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend him and if I have any problems in the future I will definitely call him. We are lucky to have such a qualified person in our area.
I called Budget Pest Solutions this summer when I discovered that I had termites. John came out quickly and we set up an appointment for his extermination service. This fall John also did restoration in my basement replacing the wood that was destroyed by the termites.
