Building Dream's

Building Dream's is a one-person carpentry outfit based in Malden. Thumbtack profiles the business as background-checked with six years in business and 60 projects listed on the platform, working mostly in decks and porches, framing, stair work, and custom cabinetry. There isn't yet a written history of customer accounts to draw on — Thumbtack shows a single five-star rating rather than a body of reviews, and no other site turned up an actual account of the work, just a handful of directory listings. Since there's little beyond the profile itself to go on, ask to see photos of finished decks, cabinets, or stairwork and pin down timeline and cost specifics before booking.
