That save-not-replace pattern repeats across multiple 2026 reviews: one customer says four different companies told them they needed a brand-new central air system before Jim came out the next day, fixed the real problem, and saved them the cost of a replacement; another says an AC over 20 years old had already been written off by three companies before Jim diagnosed and repaired it instead of selling a $25,000-plus swap. The company also shows up for genuine emergencies — a tub-drain leak going through a ceiling the day after Christmas 2024 was fixed within the hour by two plumbers, and a pregnant customer whose AC failed mid-summer says the owner personally came out and had it running again quickly. Technicians Everardo Ramos and Jim get named repeatedly for plumbing and HVAC repairs going back to 2022. Pricing is the recurring friction point, though, and not just once. For a genuine HVAC diagnosis, especially on a system another company has already written off, Burke's reviews suggest a real shot at avoiding a costly replacement — just get the price for any add-on work in writing before it's done.
