The call that keeps showing up in O'Neal Plumbing & HVAC's reviews is the one nobody plans: no heat in January, a pipe letting go over a holiday weekend. A homeowner writing in January 2024 said one call got the heat repaired within hours. Another, in January 2023, called at 8pm on the Thursday after Christmas with burst pipes flooding a room in a house they were moving into — they had never used the company before, and said Mr. O'Neal picked up the phone himself and was there at 8 the next morning with a heater to dry the room. The shop works out of 25 Cobb Street in Norton and says it covers Norton, Easton, Mansfield, Foxborough, Attleboro, North Attleborough, Wrentham, Stoughton, Sharon, Canton, Raynham, Walpole, Taunton, Rehoboth and Seekonk. Owner Pascual O'Neal says he became a master plumber in 2012, trained at Bay State Tech and The Peterson School, worked at Harvard University, then started the company in 2015; the business describes itself as family-owned and operated, minority-owned and SBA 8(a) certified. Its Better Business Bureau page has been accredited since May 2018 and carries an A+. The work runs well past emergencies, and across both trades. A May 2024 reviewer had 100% of the plumbing replaced on a Mansfield house flip plus a new half bath and a central air system with ductwork, and said the town inspectors were pleased. A February 2023 customer listed a same-day inducer-motor replacement — a bird had gotten into it — then a water tank, a bathroom faucet, a disposal and a reverse-osmosis filter over the following years. In October 2024, a homeowner with a dead variable-speed furnace motor said O'Neal diagnosed it and helped track down a rebuilt unit rather than pushing the expensive route. The permit trail backs the range: 33 permitted projects, 19 of them in the last three years, covering gas furnaces and boilers, gas lines, ducted heat pumps and mini-splits, sheet-metal air handlers and full bath and kitchen rough-and-finish plumbing across Norton, Attleboro, Taunton, Brockton, Falmouth, Milton and Randolph. One complaint is on file and it is worth reading. In a January 2017 Angi review, a customer said a 9am appointment did not arrive until 5pm, took two chasing calls, and that the extra charge for a second worker was mentioned only after the job was done. It is the single critical account in a record that otherwise runs 4.9 across 33 Google ratings. Worth noting too that the written Angi history stops in 2017, so the recent written accounts are all on Google. For an emergency plumbing or heating call around Norton, Mansfield and Attleboro — or a whole-house replumb or mini-split job — this is a deeply reviewed, owner-operated shop. Before booking, pin down the arrival window, the hourly rate and how many technicians will be on the truck, and ask the company directly for its licence numbers: the credentials on its site, including "Plumbing Corp 4088" and a master plumber licence, are the company's own statements.
“They replaced a kitchen faucet for me. It wasn't an easy one either. It was all copper pipe going right to the faucet. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend them. - Faith Wojdag”
Excellent company with wonderful communication and the best employees. Mr. ONeal is the best!

My variable speed motor on my furnace died and it turned out that finding a replacement was not going to be cheap or easy. O'Neal quickly diagnosed the issue and assisted me in finding a rebuilt motor. Not a large job but helpful customer service and would definitely use again if other issues come up.
Highly recommend. He fixed my AC unit in the spring and came out to fix ductwork that was eaten by Animals the same day highly recommend.
Great service and expertise. He replaced 100% of the plumbing on a house flip in Mansfield. He also added a half bath and central air system with duct work. Pascual and his team took care of everything. Town inspectors were very pleased with his work and professionalism. I would 100% recommend for any job.
