By Design Landscape Concepts is a landscaping business based in Agawam, MA that names Agawam, East Longmeadow and Springfield as its service area and says it has been in business for 37 years. A recent customer says Peter and his crew dismantled and removed a 12' x 30' wood deck and a hot tub, graded and prepped the site, and installed a 14' x 28' patio and a stairway with a landing in 3 1/2 days. Another recent customer now has a beautifully repaired retaining wall that was almost 70 years old. A third says Peter designed the front of the house within their budget, and that he and his crew removed overgrown shrubs and cleaned up thoroughly. In a 2026 review, a customer described an old above ground pool area turned into a patio and firepit, including regrading and reseeding. In a 2024 review, a customer said Peter regraded and pitched a patio area to restore proper drainage and planted five large ornamental trees. A recent 1-star review says he took over the job but then vanished right before starting, and calls communication a huge issue.
