A 2026 BuildZoom reviewer wrote that Chris had been doing drywall, insulation and plasterwork for 27 years. A 2019 customer said Chris was the most expensive contractor they found and did poor quality work, rushing through the job. That 2019 customer said the walls were wavy, many rough spots were left, and the newly installed windows were covered with plaster and fine dust even though plastic had been provided to cover them. The same 2019 customer said he reported damaging a patio door but would not repair it. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number 182311, held by Christopher George, is expired on the state registry.
Chris does amazing work, he’s been doing drywall, insulation, and plasterwork for 27 years. Tom Connors hires workers without insurance to get his work free or half the pay. Tomm’s got his free labor, he doesn’t want to pay you nor did he want to pay Christopher. Call Koopman Lumber and ask them who the best plasterer is. They’ll tell you who it is.
Chris was the most expensive contractor I found. He insisted that his work would be worth the extra money. Unfortunately he did poor quality work. he rushed through the job, stating that he would correct any problems later. he never did. The walls where wavy, and he left many rough spots on the walls. The newly installed windows were left a mess. After he left the windows were covered with plaster and fine dust, even though I had provided plastic to cover them. He informed me that he had damaged a Patio Door, but would not repair it. He was argumentative and rude. Chris does not even deserve one star.
