What homeowners describe most is being handed one person. A customer in May 2026 had Kristen from first proposal through color selection and project management, on an exterior that turned into a good deal of carpentry, and called the crews meticulous about preparation. Another in April 2026 said nothing was rushed and nothing dragged, from the estimate to the last day. In a 2023 exterior project, one reviewer had pressure washing, carpentry and paint coordinated as a single job, with a lead named Kirino on the interior work. They also come back. A 2023 reviewer had the company return two years after the original job to touch up a problem area. A customer who had their exterior painted around 2018 called the same company for the interior in 2025. A 2024 customer, hiring for the second time, said the final price came in under the estimate. The complaints cluster on preparation and scheduling. In November 2024 a homeowner wrote that the crew was supposed to sand the old paint down and barely did, and that the whole job took far more chasing than it should have. An October 2025 reviewer called the crew rude and hard to work with. A 2023 reviewer described an exterior contracted in the spring that kept getting pushed and was still unfinished as the summer ran out, and another that year gave four stars because the person handling their project left with nobody telling them. One 2022 caller was told on the phone that the company only does commercial painting, even though its sign and site say otherwise — worth pinning down when you call. For a full interior repaint or an exterior where the carpentry and prep matter as much as the color, this is a company with the crew size to finish quickly. Put the preparation in the contract in plain words — how much sanding and scraping, and what happens to rotted trim — get start and finish dates in writing, and ask who your one contact is and who takes over if they leave.
