He showed up when he said he would and quickly got the job done. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.
Caed was professional, efficient and prompt. He returned our phone call right away and fit us in that day, replacing a drain pipe in our basement. His price was fair and more importantly, he was great to work with. I recommend him without reservation.
It was getting late on Friday, and I was about to turn in for the night. I kept hearing a soft, rhythmic sound coming from somewhere in the distance, but chalked it up to being one more quirk of a hundred-plus year old house. Luckily I checked the kitchen one more time: I was horrified to see the ceiling bulging, and water dripping from it. How many plumbers would immediately answer the phone after the end of a long workweek? I know one: Caed Langley. Caed answered my call immediately, said he would be at my house early the next morning, and he was true to his word. For the next few hours, I watched his meticulous work: he diagnosed the problem within minutes, and set to work repairing it like a surgeon. As ancient horse-hair plaster rained down around Caed when he cut into the ceiling, he was undaunted, saying he had seen it all. After completing the repair and carefully checking it, Caed thoroughly cleaned the area saying, "I always leave a place the way I found it." Caed Langley left my house much *better* than he found it, and I couldn't be more grateful for his extraordinary professional expertise, excellent communication skills and friendly manner. I can't recommend Caed highly enough, and am already passing his contact information on to friends.
I can’t recommend Caed enough! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely down to earth. What stood out most was how comfortable he made me feel having someone in my home. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he was doing while cleaning my heat pump, answered my questions without ever talking over my head, and was thorough and respectful of my home. You can tell he really knows his trade, but he’s also approachable, honest, and the kind of person you immediately feel comfortable trusting. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such great customer service. He’s my new go to guy for my HVAC/plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
Caed went above and beyond the ask in our plumbing needs and even worked to ensure the new vanity we purchased would work with an existing laundry shoot in the room. This did not come without challenges and never once did he say “this is not my job” although he was well within the realm to do so. He was prompt, very communicative and well researched in his initial inspection of the bathroom, noticing things that needed to be taken care of that other plumbers did not. This undoubtedly kept our quote spot on without any unexpected surprises. Definitely recommend!!
