On its Angi profile the company describes itself as a family-owned Maine HVAC company working across Central and Southern Maine, with heat pumps, boiler service, water heaters and HVAC repairs as its focus. A Thumbtack customer said the owner, Josh Cutting, installed a replacement boiler after earlier installing and maintaining heat pumps for them. That customer said he arrived at stated times and kept them well informed through the project. Heat pump calls make up much of the work. A Google customer said Josh fit them in right away when their heat pump acted up, cleaned it and taught them how to maintain it. Josh cleaned another household's splitters, and that customer said the cleaning seemed to clear up an odd smell coming from one pump. On HomeAdvisor, a customer said Josh came out the next day to clean and fix their heat pump and that the price was good. A HomeAdvisor customer said Josh and his team installed their heat pump and took time to explain how to use the Samsung. The work goes beyond heat pumps. A HomeAdvisor customer said Josh installed a new water heater, gave instructions on its use and maintenance, and has serviced it since. On Thumbtack, a customer with a mini split issue said Josh listened carefully on the phone and spent a lot of time testing to make sure the issue was fixed. A Google customer said scheduling was easy, the arrival was exactly on time, and a notification gave a 15-minute heads-up first.
