NV Heating and Air Conditioning

Recently we needed to replace our old oil tank. Our oil company noted it's age and refused to deliver oil until it was replaced. We got a quote from our oil company for a replacement tank, the catch being that would need to be an outdoor tank due to our narrow entry to our basement. We went to Angi's List and were connect with NV Heating and Air Conditioning. Keith was very helpful and professional. He understood our needs and desire to have a new tank installed indoors rather than outside. Upon receiving our quote we immediately scheduled our install. The installation went very smoothly. The people who came to install the tank explained what steps they were going to take and took care to make sure our cats did not wind up inadvertently getting outside or in the way. We are very pleased with the end result and the fact that we were able to get our tank installed just in time for us to get more heating oil. We will definitely look to NV Heating and Air Conditioning for our next project.

You can see the quality of service when things don't go perfectly: We had a great experience overall. Communication was excellent from start to finish, especially when there were unexpected issues with the equipment out of the box. A part arrived broken and had to be reordered, which unfortunately left us without heat for a few days—but this was completely out of the installer’s control. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, were responsive to our concerns, and clearly did everything they could to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Once everything was in place, the installation was smooth and professional. We really appreciated their transparency and commitment to doing the job right.

We recently had NV Heating and Air Conditioning come to do a boiler cleaning at our home. We got an appointment very quickly. They were right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. On top of that we had a nice conversation with the guys after the appointment. They were extremely friendly and nice. Delighted with the work Keith and his team did to install our heat pump / AC system. Professional and polite from start to finish, and very responsive with all communications.
