We strongly recommend Cambridge Handyman Services for the handyman work in our home.. They were in our house two days ago and did a number of repairs.. The service was courteous and efficient, and the price was absolutely fair..

I needed a cabinet hinge repaired and a ceiling light fixed. the light was fixed perfectly. The hinge, which is tricky, proved more challenging. The team said they'd come back the next day with a new hinge and they never showed. When I called - over three days - they never responded. I have now given up. Their work may be good, but their follow-through and responsibility is lacking.

I called Cambridge Handyman Services to get a handyman. They called a third party company and we scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment no one showed up. After almost 1 hour I called the third party company complaining and I was told that I would have received a call back shortly to know a time. After almost 2 hours and no call received and no one showing up, I decided to call Cambridge Handyman Services directly to have someone else, but the guy was not very responsive and told me that he was calling the third party company again and getting back to me. After 5 minutes I received a message (not a call) from the third party company saying that I needed to find someone else. I called the Cambridge Handyman Services once again and the guy was just unable to give me any answer. He just stayed silent on the phone. I did not even receive a "sorry" or else. I lost lots of precious time. This company is completely unable to do the job they are claiming they do. They are unable to solve issues as they arise. Don't waste your time with this company.
