Update 8 months later: DO NOT HIRE. All positive reviews online are FALSE. Check the Better Business Bureau website, and look at the COMPLAINTS. This guy is tens of thousands of dollars in debt to his victims. You can also check the NH Circuit Court for CURRENT CASES against him, and there are various. Do not trust Jim Paniello, ANY of his contractors, or ANY reviews that have more than 1 star. I would give zero stars if that allowed me to leave a review. My original post, July 2021: I cannot recommend Jim Panniello of Campro Builders for home improvement or remodeling services. The service has been very unprofessional and to date a waste of money. I hired him for a full bathroom remodel and almost none of the agreed upon work has been completed. He does not show up when he says he will, and has many excuses as to why ... and the workmanship is VERY poor! I'm extremely disappointed. I wanted to trust him and his crew, in spite of the mixed reviews online, he seemed like an OK guy when I interviewed him. But all I can say after my experience (project is unfinished and he is not responding to calls or texts... but he sure cashed that $4,000 check fast...) is DO NOT HIRE.
Great very professional and clean and safely preformed the duties in a great timely manner
They were suppose to make the attic into a loft for family to use when visiting. They did not place insulation above the ceiling as we requested. They damaged our new floors from their plaster and water. They cut a wire that was live and placed it above the ceiling which went to two of our outlets. Luckily we had a circuit breaker which tripped otherwise that could have caused a fire. My husband tried to call him that day In which he did not answer. He sent texts with photos of what they did wrong to Jim and nothing. They used our tenants electricity after we showed them which ones to use. When they were suppose to come on certain days, they never came for days even though they stated they were coming. When they did come, it would only be for a couple hours. When we called Jim about the electrical issue he did not call even after numerous attempts. He finally reached about fixing the issue that was a week ago and we are still waiting for him to come or call. They also left a terrible mess on my floors in which I am still trying to clean.
It went really well they came and I asked them to do. They were friendly, polite and they explained what exactly they were doing and they walk me through the process.
The service was amazing. They were super good people, not like others who put cigarette butts everywhere your house. They were the best worker I ever had. I also hired them to paint the house of my mother and they also did a great job.
