A recent customer had Troila Home Remodeling, LLC redo a whole bathroom from floor to ceiling: a new tile floor, fixtures, tub, tub surround, vanity, closet, toilet, recessed lighting and a ceiling fan, finished with new sheetrock and paint. That customer said they explained each day what they would be working on and what steps would come next. A recent customer did two bathrooms with the company, including an upstairs bath-to-shower conversion in hexagon tile, and a recent customer said a new walk-in shower with a bench seat is easier to bathe in. The company describes itself on its website as a small established home remodeling business with 30+ years of on-site experience. A recent customer said Michael and Darlene run a family-owned business and that they have worked with them for the past 5 years. Kitchens are part of the work too. A 2025 customer said Mike completed a complete kitchen renovation in 3 weeks, after providing a detailed estimate and recommending vendors for cabinets and countertops. A 2026 customer said Mike stuck to his time frames on a kitchen renovation and the job was completed on schedule. A 2025 customer had a master bathroom and a secondary full bath gutted and remodeled from the subfloors and studs up, and said some rot that turned up was found and fixed. A 2025 customer said Mike and Darlene designed and installed a custom laundry chute during a complete bathroom renovation and built a custom hallway closet. A 2023 customer, who had both bathrooms of a circa 1900 home gut-remodeled, said Mike handled the labor and building materials while the homeowners chose and bought the tiles, fixtures and finishing products. A 2024 customer who cancelled a bathroom remodel after a cancer diagnosis said Mike and Darlene refused to return a $2,400 deposit, saying the contract had been broken.
