Candella's Superior Painting, LLC is a residential and commercial painting company that also offers holiday light installation, gutter cleaning and guards, carpentry repair, power washing, and seasonal snow removal. The business holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license, #183486, verified through the state registry. Houzz's own directory listing separately states the business has a Lead Safe License. Angi and HomeAdvisor both show a 4.8-star rating from 77 ratings each, and Houzz shows 4.6 stars from 11 ratings. Across 36 reviews from 2015 through 2025, most describe the crew — commonly named David or Dave — as responsive, meticulous, and professional, with many customers praising holiday-light installations completed quickly and at a fair price; a 2018 Houzz review identified David as the business owner. A 2016 Houzz review described a large home-addition project that went poorly, citing inexperienced helpers, in contrast with the otherwise consistently positive record. The company says it has 10 years in business, describes itself as locally owned and operated, and offers free estimates.
Showed up on time, was very efficient and such a meticulous painter. Did a fantastic job! Very friendly and cleaned up everything when he was done. We’ve received many compliments on our house. Price was quite reasonable. Looking to hire them again.
We had permanent outdoor lights installed on our house and are extremely happy with the results. They look outstanding and we've already received compliments on them. Communication was great and the job was done quickly for a very reasonable cost. Do not hesitate to hire!
Would definitely recommend! David was extremely responsive, asked for input about what we wanted and got our project done within 48 hours of my initial request. He was flexible to add extra time to clean our gutters while putting up holiday lights. He worked quickly and did a great job.
