It was a pleasure working with Marcelo and crew. The deck project came out great! It was built exactly to spec, is extremely sturdy, and built with overall excellent quality. It is also good looking. Very pleased.

I scheduled an estimate with Marcelo for replacement of rotted trim around my front door. He came on time and reviewed the work I needed. He had an estimate sent to me that afternoon. They came to do the job 3 days later. The job was done professionally and completed in one day. Marcelo communicated with me throughout to make sure I was satisfied. The work was well done, neat, clean and finished perfectly. I highly recommend Marcelo and his team.

Preserve Services just completed significant carpentry work and full house painting this fall. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend. The experience started with a full walk through of what would be needed to do the job correctly (what needed to be fixed, replaced, sealed, painted......) and then a fair estimate on the work that was discussed. Once contracts were signed the crew arrived within 1-2 weeks as scheduled. They showed up every day to work until the project was completed. The crew did a great job on the house, but what made the experience better was three things: Daily communication from the crew leader (what was done, what's next, anything they found that may impact progress), daily clean-up of the work area and the owner checking in regularly onsite or by text to help make decisions. The entire process was stress free and easy. I will hire Mark and his crew again for future work.
