Cape Cod Yard & Tree Service

Cape Cod Yard & Tree Service describes itself as a Cape Cod landscaping, lawn care and tree service company serving the Outer Cape, and its website names Truro, Wellfleet, Eastham, Orleans, Chatham and Brewster as its service area. The BBB lists it as a sole proprietorship owned by Julius Smith, started in 2010. Trees are a large share of the work. A 2025 HomeAdvisor customer wrote that they had used the company for years to cut down old trees and care for their yard, and that they used it that year to plant 25 new trees. In a 2019 review, a customer wrote that a large, difficult-to-access tree was removed, the top chipped, the site cleaned up and the firewood left behind, at what they called a reasonable price. A 2017 customer said Julius Smith's crew left the yard clean after removing 6 trees and grinding the stumps. A 2025 reviewer said Julius and his crew had done landscaping, tree removal and planting, and lawn mowing for them. A 2025 customer said the company had completed several jobs for them and for their neighborhood association. A 2025 customer said the pricing was fair and more than reasonable. In a 2024 Google review, a caller seeking a quote said the person who answered hung up on them and, when they called back, told them he had hung up on purpose.
