Js Landscape Inc. works out of Eastham, on the Outer Cape, doing the kind of jobs that turn up after a nor'easter or before a fall cleanup — cutting down storm-damaged trees, spring and fall yard work, mulching, hedge trimming, and driveway plowing after snow. Reviewers refer to the owner simply as "Jae" or "J," and he's consistently the one who answers calls, walks the property, and quotes the job himself. The pattern across five years of Google reviews is speed and follow-through. A homeowner who'd just bought a house mid-season says Jae was on-site the next day with a quote in hand within minutes; another buried in by a snowstorm says the crew plowed the driveway the same day they called; a third calling after a Cape-wide storm says J laid out what needed doing now versus what could wait. Tree work shows up often enough to be its own thread rather than a one-off job: a dozen trees felled and stump-ground on one property, eight sickly pitch pines taken down carefully around a driveway and lawn, storm-damaged limbs cleared after a February nor'easter, and a dead, vine-covered cedar removed without touching a neighboring tree. Underneath that sits the steadier business — routine seasonal upkeep, with several reviewers describing three to four years of repeat spring and fall cleanups, mulching, and hedge trimming from the same crew. Pricing comes up on its own terms rather than as a complaint: one reviewer called it "pricey but on par for Cape Cod", while others note the quoted cost held even when a job's timeline shifted. Negative accounts are effectively absent from the reviews on file — even the two 4-star ratings among them read as positive, with no complaint attached — and the last six months carried none either. There isn't much of a caution list here, just the pricing note above to weigh against Cape Cod's going rates before booking. For a storm-cleanup call, an ongoing lawn-care arrangement, or a one-off tree removal on the Outer Cape, this is a crew with a long paper trail of the same customers hiring them back.
great job and attention to detail
Not only does J do excellent work, but he is very talented at his craft and knows how to do things the right way. He does not take short cuts and his staff respects him and learns from him. J runs a professional operation. Highly recommend his work !
I's very easy working with J, he's very accommodating and understating.
J’s Landscaping did a big job for us. Cutting down a dozen trees, grinding the stumps, trimming many dead and dying branches from our other trees and doing a full yard fall leaf cleanup and carting. With each site visit they gave us an estimated arrival date and stuck to it. Their team were all courteous and friendly to a man. They also stuck to their cost estimate and finished ahead of their initial estimated deadline. Jae responded within a day to each text message I sent and answered all my questions fully. This was perhaps the best landscaping experience we’ve had in a dozen years and we’ve had some good vendors. J’s Landscaping earned all five stars without any exaggeration. We will continue to use them going forward.
Fast and efficient. Looks good. Hard working.
