Reviewers consistently name the same two people, Erlon and Matt (Mathew), describing them as hands-on owners who treat customers like family. Recent reviews from mid-2026 are detailed and specific: one renter says Erlon and Matt cleaned, heated and readied a rented pool and hot tub for a family on short notice, and another customer who switched from a larger pool company called the difference in responsiveness night and day after Erlon and Matt fixed several pool tiles that had fallen off before the season opened. A 2023 review going back further describes Erlon opening and maintaining a pool all summer, calling him dependable and reliable, and another from that year praised a fair price and texting ahead when running late. There's one serious complaint worth knowing about: an Angi reviewer in July 2026 says CPCS was hired to fix a hole in a pool wall, replace waterline tiles and repaint the pool, and that the patch kept leaking while tiles fell off again because the adhesive and mortar used weren't rated for pool use.
