Bobby responded promptly, came quickly, diagnosed the problem and obtained warranty coverage for a replacement part. That customer said Bobby’s team had closed the pool the previous season and opened it for the new one. A separate May 2026 reviewer praised flexibility in scheduling pool and hot-tub maintenance. Water clarity and equipment changes have also brought customers back. In an August 2025 review, a homeowner described Bobby resolving an algae problem and recommending a larger filter, which was quickly installed. The customer said cleanliness and water flow improved dramatically. They then chose him for pool resurfacing, which they said finished within the promised timeframe; the account also praised his response to a late lighting request and cleanup afterward. In June 2025, a Harwich customer described installation of a new Hayward filter, earlier than originally planned. The work has sometimes involved coordinating around other construction. An August 2025 customer said Bobby arrived the day after being contacted and worked with their contractor on new pool lines near retaining walls.
