Cape Quality Plumbing & Heating Inc

Cape Quality Plumbing & Heating is a Wellfleet-based plumbing and heating company serving the Outer Cape — Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown — with everything from routine repairs and water heater installs to the seasonal winterizing that keeps second homes from freezing over the winter. Its Massachusetts plumbing license is active. The written record here is thin but positive. A 2026 review names plumber John Swanson, who arrived on time and finished two separate jobs at the same house in under an hour; earlier reviews from 2022 and 2023 describe a team that responds quickly, is dependable and knowledgeable, and charges fair prices. BuildZoom's permit history backs up the plumbing focus, showing 28 plumbing, gas and electrical permits pulled across Provincetown, Truro, Orleans, Chatham and Eastham going back to 2014. One practical thing to plan around: the company's own website lists office hours as Tuesday through Thursday, 9am to 1pm, so reaching someone outside that window may mean waiting for a callback. For routine plumbing and heating work on the Outer Cape, including water heaters and winterizing a seasonal property, the license is current and the reviews on file are consistently favorable — worth confirming scheduling given the narrow office hours.
