Cape Shine Cleaning cleans rental properties as well as homes. A Thumbtack customer says Elma has deep-cleaned their rental condo twice upon move-outs; she and her partner cleaned places that likely hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. Another customer hired Cape Shine Cleaning on two occasions for turnover cleaning on a rental property, called Elma extremely responsive and professional, and wrote that the house was spotless. Elma and her son cleaned one customer's vacation rental, and that customer called them efficient and professional and wrote that she communicated throughout the whole process. At one house, they worked hard and the house was sparkling. Cape Shine also fitted one customer in at very short notice. Not every dealing went well. One Thumbtack reviewer gave 1★, describing "this moneygame" and her attitude, and wrote: "Wasted my time." On Thumbtack the business holds 4.2★ from 15 ratings.
She could take what i offered but didn’t kept on playing this moneygame . Wasted my time . In the long run i probably would given her more but not with her attitude
Elma has deep-cleaned my rental condo twice upon move-outs. She and her partner expertly tackled the unit and cleaned places that likely hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time. I would recommend Cape Shine Cleaning to anyone that has a place needing an excellent Cleaning. I will be using her again!
Very accommodating and friendly. They worked hard and my house was sparkling.
Cape Shine was very responsive, and fitted us in at very short notice.
