Cape Tip Construction Inc

A November 2022 article on jongoode.com says a condo development Cape Tip Construction developed in 2013 has been at the top of buyers' lists ever since. The company is based on Commercial Street in Provincetown, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #154231, is active. Its written reviews are all on BuildZoom and all dated: six of them, from 2012 to 2020. The four newest are five stars. In a 2018 review, a homeowner described a complete rehab of their home in 2016 and said they were very happy with the quality of the work. A 2016 reviewer who bought a condo from Kaye wrote that she followed through on all her promises and was still available for questions three years later. A December 2015 review said the job finished on time and under budget, and an April 2020 review praised creative solutions on a very complex project. The two oldest reviews are complaints, both from 2012. In February 2012, a customer wrote that they paid more than the estimate and had to have part of the job redone. In August 2012, another wrote that work they had paid for was still not finished after more than six months and that they were heading to a lawsuit. BuildZoom shows two profiles for the company, one at 5.0 stars from 2 ratings and one at 3.0 stars from 4 ratings, and lists Construction Supervisor licence CS-095333. Houzz lists kitchen remodeling, home additions and custom cabinets among its services.
