A new roof and replacement windows earned praise from one Peters Property Management customer; missed appointments and unexplained charges drew complaints from others. Based in Provincetown, the company combines property management with construction work. Its website says it was founded in 1986, Laurie Ferrari took over in 2006, and a Construction Services division was added in 2016. It names Provincetown and Truro as its service area. The company advertises renovations, additions, custom building, dormers, kitchen and bathroom remodels, siding, roofing, window and door replacement, and floor installation. It also offers condo and residential property management, property watch, and bookkeeping for managed properties. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number 186404 for Lfs Group, Inc. doing business as Peters Property Management; that is a directory claim. In a January 2025 Google review, a customer said Peters managed projects including a new roof and replacement windows and completed the work professionally. An April 2025 reviewer described a complicated installation and praised the workers as neat, conscientious, and skilled. A December 2025 customer called Laurie professional and reliable. The April 2026 review praises quick, reliable service. Two customers writing in January 2022 described relationships lasting more than 10 and 15 years respectively; one credited the owner's regional knowledge with saving money on a construction project, while the other praised responsive home watching. Other customers described substantial problems. An October 2025 Google reviewer reported missed service dates, weeks without email replies, high charges, and rude management. A May 2025 reviewer criticized repair workmanship and said Peters would not provide itemized invoices or share photographs of the work with the homeowner. In October 2023, another customer alleged repeated overcharging and entry into units without permission. A March 2022 reviewer said a request to investigate a leak went without an update for three full days; when they followed up, the reply was simply that there was no update.
