My two neighbors used custom crafted for full renovations and they did a great job.
Recently , I had series of leaks . Jeff and John were able to figure out where they were coming from and it was quite extensive . Now we need some new railings and of course we called Jeff at CCH.
Coming to Provincetown is difficult but CcH does what they say and when they say they will. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Absolute stars from beginning to end. They delivered a top quality walkout finished basement with added full bath within our budget. All along the way we had great communication, excellent professionals each doing their part and even though I know they must have a lot of projects happening at the same time we felt like we were their only focus - steady work all along the timeline. Fantastic experience and we couldn't be happier with the build they did for us.
Jeff & team remodeled our 3 bathrooms and were great to work with from start to finish. Scope of the work was well defined and pricing was fair and clearly communicated, including changes we decided upon along the way. Very happy with the outcome!!
When I first met with Jeff to discuss the renovation of our basement, his quote was quite high. He told me “we just do basements one way and this is what it costs”. Well, I took a leap of faith (and a lot of money out of the bank) and selected Custom Crafted Homes to do the basement. Oh, and he said it might take a few months. So, many people might have said “Too long and too much money”. But believe me, it was worth every penny. The workmanship was excellent. The tradespeople came when they said they would come and they were very attentive to detail. And the project came in on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them for your project. And a special shout-out to the painters!!!
