The company's own site says it's been doing this on the Cape since 2003; BBB's business detail listing instead gives a start date of 1/1/2017, a gap worth asking about directly.

The clearest complaint here is a detailed 2020 review: a roughly $300,000 addition and rebuild in North Falmouth that grew the house from about 900 to 2,000 square feet developed a foundation crack about nine months later, followed by ongoing water intrusion into the basement — and, the homeowner said, no response to repeated calls and texts to Joao Junqueira. A 2025 one-star Google review gives no detail beyond “Not good.” Given that history, it's worth asking directly how a structural callback would be handled.
