Customers writing in 2022 described changes to their properties in concrete terms. An April reviewer said Brian explained the patio installation process, removed big stones and old bush stumps around the work area, and finished the job in one day. A June reviewer described two pine trees being taken down and an area of dumped rocks and logs being cleared and leveled into a shed base. In September, another customer praised work on a walkway, a granite step into a garage and final grading after construction. A March reviewer said a tricky stump was ground down, the quoted price was honored and the worker arrived when promised. Later customers described how Brian discussed their projects. In April 2024, one reviewer said he gave a fair estimate for a large yard project and distinguished what he believed was necessary from what was not. A June 2025 reviewer said he walked them through the options, communicated well, arrived as promised and completed the project on schedule and under budget. A January 2023 customer described extensive landscaping work completed well ahead of schedule and said the company's recommendations improved the property beyond their original hopes. Lawn mowing was a point of frustration for one customer: in an August 2025 one-star review, they complained that the company would not mow their lawn.
