Casa Castillo Home Improvement

We have had the pleasure of working with Ivan twice, once for a siding project for a garage and the second for a roof install. Ivan and his team are wonderful! There’s excellent attention to detail and excellent communication from start to finish! The siding has been up for about 4 years now and is in excellent condition and the roof has been water tight for the past several months. We are so happy to have found Ivan and would absolutely recommend his services to all

Ivan and his crew did our siding last week. The job they did came out beautiful and they cleaned up everything. Ivan actually policed around the house and made sure that everything was picked up. I recommend this company to all my friends that may be considering siding their house.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years and Ivan and the team at Casa Castillo were, without question, the most professional I have ever worked with. From our initial consultation through the final installation, Ivan took the time to walk us through every detail of the project, made sure we understood all of our options, and never once tried to upsell us on something we did not need. I especially appreciated that instead of simply giving us one large total price, he walked us through the individual pricing for each part of the project right there on site, which gave us a clear understanding of exactly what we were paying for and why. Our project was massive, with the team installing all new siding, windows, and an entirely new front door with sidelights, yet throughout the entire process Ivan and his team were incredibly prompt, responsive, dependable, and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way, showed up when they said they would, and never missed a deadline, which anyone who has dealt with contractors knows is something you simply cannot put a price tag on. There is already enough stress that comes with homeownership and taking on a project of this size, so having a contractor who does exactly what he says he is going to do, communicates consistently, and makes the entire process feel manageable from beginning to end is invaluable. That level of professionalism says everything about Ivan, his team, and Casa Castillo as a company, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering siding, windows, doors, roofs, or another exterior project for their home.

Ivan and his team just finished siding our home. Him and his team were a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time, stayed late, cleaned up after a day of work, worked fast, and were very respectful of our property. Very hard workers that are great at their craft. They replaced wood that was damaged and did the job the right way (no shortcuts). I saw a vision for my home and Ivan and his team were able to make it happen. (Which wasn’t easy) I would recommend Casa Castillo to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

I recently had my siding and gutters replaced and I honestly could not be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the team was professional, reliable, and extremely easy to communicate with. Ivan kept me updated throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made everything stress-free. Their time management was excellent — they showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and completed the project efficiently without cutting corners. The attention to detail and quality of work truly transformed my home. The difference between the before and after is amazing, and I have already received so many compliments on how beautiful the house looks now. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to have siding work done. Thank you again for doing such an incredible job on my home!
