Casella Waste Systems says on its website that it serves communities across Massachusetts with waste, recycling and dumpster services for homes, businesses and job sites, from curbside pickup to landfill access. The company also says it has been in business 50 years. A recent Google customer said the team at the Bunker Hill facility was very pleasant and understanding about a recycling issue. A recent customer wrote that a dumpster had been sitting in the yard of their company for weeks, that a pickup requested over two weeks earlier had not come, and that no one answered the phone. A recent customer said a voicemail left a month earlier and an email had received no response. A 2024 customer said the company had refused to pick up their recycling for nearly five weeks although it was on the curb on time.

I would like to bring a situation regarding an employee at the Scale House to your attention. I have noticed that his attitude toward me, as well as toward some of my colleagues, is often disrespectful, and he seems to create problems over situations that could easily be handled in a professional manner. On the other hand, the other gentleman working at the Scale House is always very professional and respectful. I would appreciate it if you could speak with him about this situation to help prevent a more serious incident from happening in the future.
Had a concern. Called a few numbers, left a voicemail a month ago, and sent an email. Until this day, I have not received any callback, email response, follow-up, or any form of communication. They only want your money and do not care about customer concerns.
This place is too tight, real busy takes forever to load
The team over at the Bunker Hill facility are top shelf professionals. I had a recycling issue and they were very pleasant and understanding. Casella Waste Systems is very fortunate to have such a great team working there.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I've had a dumpster sitting in my company's yard for weeks. I requested a pickup over two weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts to get in touch, no one answers the phone and no one has shown up. The overflowing dumpster has now become a health and safety issue. We're starting to see rats coming into our building because the trash has been left sitting for so long. This is completely unacceptable for a waste management company. If you value reliable customer service or expect someone to answer the phone when you need help, look elsewhere. I would not recommend Casella Waste based on my experience.
