Good Work, but Final Cost Significantly Exceeded the Estimate We received a written estimate by text of $600 to $700 for replacing our toilet. The first scheduled appointment was missed, and the plumber arrived approximately 48 minutes late for the rescheduled appointment at 8:00 am. The worker was courteous, completed the toilet installation professionally, and also repaired a leaking bathroom faucet. We appreciated the quality of his work. At the completion of the work, we were initially presented with an invoice of approximately $1,250. After we questioned the amount, the business reduced the total to $1,145.83, which we paid in full. We understood that the faucet repair would increase the original estimate. However, the final amount was still approximately 64% above the upper end of the written estimate, and the additional charges were not clearly discussed with us before the work was completed. We later contacted the business owner to better understand the difference but were unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. We respect the work performed and wish the business well. Based on our experience, future customers may wish to request a detailed written breakdown of labor, materials, service charges, and any additional work, together with written approval before the final cost substantially exceeds the original estimate.

Very happy with these guys. Came when they said. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after. Friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all we were completely happy when the job was done. Highly recommend this company.

Casey came out to my home after a long day of work at 7pm- to quickly fix the plumbing issue I was having. Despite his long work day, he also took the time to refer me to a company who he knew could mitigate the water damage. We are thrilled we were referred to Casey Bashaw after multiple attempts with other service providers. Our system is multifaceted, incorporating multiple heating/cooling sources which serve as replacement of a geothermal system.
