I highly recommend Quabbin Plumbing & Heating. They are my neighbor here in New Salem and have done great work for my family. They recently installed two heat pumps for my whole-house heating and cooling. When an issue came up with the equipment sent by their supplier, they stepped in and made it right, even covering the price difference themselves. They used to service my furnace and are always very responsive. If something needs an adjustment, they come back right away. Aneil and his team are terrific! They are polite, timely, and take care in their work. With quick response time, great troubleshooting, and most important, he is true to his word! He's great for the routine maintenance and especially good in emergencies. He and his crew confidentely and expertly assess and make the necessary fixes! 5 stars for Aneil and his quick responses to our calls. We can always count on him to enter our home with competency and consideration. Cleans up the job thoroughly. Most recently, not only did he take our call at night, but evaluated the problem with shared photos before showing up the next morning. He installed our mini splits several years ago. He is a master at disassembling our mini splits in order to do a thorough cleaning. We have used his plumbing and heating services for several years for boiler cleaning and various plumbing needs. He has always diagnosed the problem and made the repair to put things back in proper working order. He takes our calls in the evening and on weekends, and responds as promptly as needed.
