Unfortunately, Brian doesn't always show when he says he will, he doesn't communicate well, and - at least in my case - he doesn't fix the problem. I originally had him come out to fix a toilet leak and one other active leak. He said he fixed them. Then the leaks came back, so he came out again. Now it is leaking for the third time and I told him I would pay for a new toilet in case that would help. But he didn't show up and never sent an explanation despite my having texted him about it. My patience has run out.
