We knew when we met Joe for our initial quote, that this is the company we would go with (no 2nd quote needed for us!). Joe is personable, knowledgeable, and most important, he listened to us! We were very impressed with our dedicated, hard working installation team of Clayton, Enea, and Raf! They explained the process and stayed engaged with us throughout the install to make sure they were meeting our expectations. We really appreciated that they let my husband have a say in where things went and that they utilized his drain design idea. We appreciated that the team cleaned up after themselves (I mean really clean!). Can't leave out the office staff, you may be behind the scenes, but such a vital part of the business! Thank you for your friendliness and knowledge when we call, and help with the loan process. I feel like I am talking to a friend when I call! Joe was recommended by a life long friend in the plumbing business. Joe helped me out and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on the subject of heating and cooling. Working with Addie and Nancy in the office has been great. They have treated me like a friend the whole time. I've since hired him to do some repairs on my heating system and his technician Logan was great, he was knowledgeable he was polite, and it kinda warms my heart to see the younger guys getting into the mechanical trades. I'm sure Joe is an excellent teacher but he also seems to have very competent employees. I would definitely recommend Benedetto's heating and cooling if you want true experts and honest people to explain things and get you back up and running. They every time we're very clean and respectful of my property and went out of their way to not even track any dirt in the house (not needed for me) but they have this as standard practice. I am very impressed.
