Their service was honest, responsive and communicative. We have repeatedly tried to have someone come do repairs on our siding and address some structural issues and have repeatedly had people not get back to us and/or simply disappear. This team (thank you Michele and Manny!) were clear, responsive and kept us up to date on everything from how the estimate was progressing to the work itself. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out and am looking forward to working with them again

After getting multiple quotes, I hired CL Exteriors for a full replacement of my roof. Their pricing was the most competitive and I appreciated that Manny took the time to sit down and go over the whole process. Other local companies just took photos and emailed a quote with minimal interaction. My house was built the 1960s so when they removed the shingles, we discovered the decking was old, warped plank decking. The crew also discovered some wood rot in one of the dormers and called out the damage. Manny was quick with a change-order and all new plywood decking was installed + dormer repaired. We did encounter some issues during the roof replacement. A rainstorm blew in at the end of Day 1 after the shingles were removed. The crew did not sufficiently cover the roof, so a small leak occurred in my home. The crew also broke through the ceiling in one spot, so I had an unintended skylight for a minute. They were very diligent in getting these issues addressed quickly and fixed (on their dime)! I appreciate honest folks who take ownership of and fix any mistakes. I think this speaks positively to the character of the CL crew. What was exemplary: The crew was very kind and worked extremely hard during a major heat wave. They were on the job site by 7am each morning and worked until 7pm. The quoting process and handling scheduling/payment with Michele was smooth. The few issues that occurred, the team took ownership of and fixed quickly at no cost to me. Suggestions for improvement: More structured end-of-day communication regarding timeframes. Use of a magnet to clear nails/screws from the driveway at the end of the job.
Friendly, efficient, and were able to quickly adapt to a surprise issue working around our deck. Very satisfied.
