A 2025 customer said other companies quoted 4–5x the actual material cost for a panel replacement, while Celko & Sons gave an honest quote upfront and stuck to it, charging the material cost plus labor. That 2025 customer said competitors claimed a second garage door needed rollers, springs and other parts totaling upwards of $2,000, but Celko & Sons identified a minor lubrication problem, resolved it with a spray and took time to teach them how to maintain the door.
