A 2024 article on communityadvocate.com said Cenaxo LLC was engaged in June 2022 for a second phase of restoration work, to perform deep masonry repointing and rebuild walls and buttresses. A 2022 report on wgbh.org said a construction crew with Cenaxo LLC removed the lantern room with a crane. A 2023 reviewer praised the group of people and the craftsman work at Cenaxo.
