Having lived at our home for over 35 years made the decision to sell difficult and emotional. We had raised our three children here, where many wonderful memories were made. Meeting Rick for the first time at our kitchen table did not completely eliminate our hesitations. However we immediately knew that we were in excellent hands with someone who honestly understood this season of our life. What we didn’t realize at that time was Rick would not only be the Realtor who would sell our home, but would become like a family member. His warm and humorous personality would always calm us, even when unexpected events would occur. Rick also understood that we were in a bit of a time crunch to move, so he made sure that an open house occurred every weekend, that’s dedication! I was always amazed after leaving a phone message or text, Rick would return the message or call within minutes, sometimes seconds. Where do you find service like that these days?
