Chace Hill Lawn Care

One customer's old lawn company was cheap, and it showed: uneven mowing, sloppy trimming, and damage to the property on the way through. They switched to Chace Hill Lawn Care in June 2026 and wrote about clean cuts, sharp edges and nothing torn up. Chace Hill is a Sterling operation that brothers Silas and Miller Backus say they started in 2024, handling mowing, garden bed work and seasonal cleanups around town. The jobs customers describe run bigger than a weekly cut. A yard left a mess after construction had a ton of debris and overgrown areas cleared along the whole property. Mulch beds neglected for years were cleaned out, weeded, edged and re-mulched. When one homeowner needed fallen trees, boulders and yard debris taken away, Silas and Miller came out themselves, quoted a price the customer called reasonable, and finished inside the timeframe they had promised. Showing up when they said they would is what people keep repeating. One homeowner, mid-way through a mulch-and-edging job, was walked through every decision that would change the look or the price. Another, with a large yard full of hills, has never been let down. All 16 Google ratings sit at 5 stars. The thing to weigh is how young this is. The company puts itself at two years old, and every one of its 14 reviews was written in 2026, so there is no work from earlier seasons to look back on. For regular mowing, bed maintenance and spring or fall cleanups in and around Sterling, this is a straightforward call, and the brush and debris hauling comes up often enough in reviews to ask about as well. Worth pinning down up front how many properties the brothers can take on once the season fills up.
