Hired Marc as a recommendation from my realtor after having an offer on a home accepted. Couldn’t be happier with our decision! As a first time buyer, the whole home buying process has been hectic and filled with a lot of learning. Marc’s inspection and explanations of what he was seeing in the home made me feel so much better about the decision. The process was very comprehensive, he took me around and not only pointed out the bad but also the good. He explained what action should be taken where to make sure things that are ok as of now, don’t turn into problems 5-10 years down the line.
