I had my 40 ft deck reinforced with new supports and bases, replacing the old ones that were over 30+ years old and rotting. Rick and his team were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I can't say enough good about these guys. they had an opening and move my appointment up. installed a massive window in a bump out that was originally designed for a fireplace. they have the whole thing done in one morning. Very easy to work with

Rick and Zach were exceptional!! I didn’t know what to do, having one installer not work out, and was told by that person that the bought rods were not workable. Googled Thumbtack for direction on how to obtain someone excellent to do 12 curtain installations. Contacted Rick with Champion Property Maintenance, and having opening time due to not working outside with 100 degree weather, he and Zach were here in less than a half hour. They assessed my project, saw easily that the rods could work, in a matter of minutes, went to Home Depot, got four rods needed, and touch up white paint. They installed all 12 rods, did touch up painting, hung the curtains, and final job was absolutely excellent! And all was done in a very expeditious manner! Highly recommend!

Rick’s team did a great job hanging up many decorations and curtains in our apartment. They were also on time and friendly; the work was completed in two hours. We will definitely be working with them again!
